When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive a confirmation letter from us. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Do you provide local pickup or delivery?

At this moment we do not provide this option but it may change in the future. Stay in touch!

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to the most countries by USPS.

Please, note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OUT LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the recipient.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn’t been delivered within 10 business days (for domestic orders) and 25 business days (for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

When will I get my order?

Delivery timeframe will be provided at the checkout.

Will I have to sign for my package?

We do not require a signature for domestic orders.

However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for free until it is processed (‘Awaiting processing’ status) as after this time our Team proceeds with preparing your order. You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a $5 cancellation fee. After the product ships, the order will be treated as a return.

What happens if I refuse delivery or the address I entered was incorrect?

Parcel will return to our warehouse and you will get a refund minus original shipping cost.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days from the day of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fee. Please remember that you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange an item, you should return it and place a new order.

For orders returned from outside the USA customers are responsible for all shipping charges and customs fees.

Return Policy

We want you to be totally excited about your purchase but if you’re not, we are here to help you with a return.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Returned items should be unworn, unaltered, with the original tags attached. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Credit for your returned items will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the items. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
